Shipping Time/Expedited Shipping

Most approved* orders leave our warehouse within one business day. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information shortly after your package is shipped. The time it takes to receive your package varies depending on the shipping method you choose, but our standard is 3-day, meaning you will receive your package within three business days. For example, if you order on Saturday, your package will leave our warehouse Monday, and you will receive it by Thursday. Orders containing special event merchandise will be held until all items are ready for shipping.

Restrictions do apply to our standard 3-day shipping. APO/FPO and PO Box addresses will be automatically defaulted to our USPS option as these addresses do not have 3-day or expedited shipping available. The cost is still just $4.99 on any size order.

ShopRunner Members: "2-Day" Shipping means that the item(s) will arrive at the shipping address within 2 business days from the time it leaves the warehouse. There is some variation in how quickly Fresno State Bulldogs Online Store is able to process and ship orders. Both ShopRunner and Fresno State Bulldogs Online Store are committed to do our best to ensure that product is delivered within 2 days from the time the order is placed.

However, certain factors can result in longer delivery times, including the time of day you place the order. There are store shipping “cut-off” times each day. Orders received before store cut-off times are shipped that day. Orders placed after cut-off times are shipped out the next day.

Our carrier does not deliver to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico via 3-day. Residents of these states may choose our $4.99 USPS option or upgrade to an expedited option, such as 2-day for $19.95. Please note, although the average for our $4.99 USPS delivery option to HI, AK and PR is 7-10 business days, in rare cases it can take up to 3 weeks.

*Orders are approved once payment has been received and all shipping and billing information has been verified. This process is usually automatic, but under extenuating circumstances may take up to three business days.

International Orders

International shipping (excluding Canada):
We value our customers all over the world and work hard to provide the best shipping policies in the industry. Regardless of the amount of items you order, shipping is just a flat rate of $24.95. Orders will arrive in 7-21 business days. Please note, international orders are shipped via Landmark Global and that method does not provide tracking information. International shipping is available on most items and countries, but if there are shipping restrictions, that information can be found directly underneath each product. Please note that manufacturer direct items are not available for international shipping. The destination country may charge duties and import taxes on the shipment. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and can be paid with cash or check. If applicable, the shipping carrier will collect these fees at the time of delivery. If your country is not shown in the drop down menu, please call Customer Service.

*NEW* Faster International Shipping Option with Tracking (Certain Countries)
You asked for it and we listened. We are excited to offer faster, international shipping options with tracking to our customers in the UK, Australia, Japan, Germany and Mexico. Please see chart above for prices and shipping timeframes. We are working to add more countries soon. Please note, the $24.95, 7-21 business day option without tracking is also still available. The destination country may still charge duties and import taxes upon the shipment, which will be collected by shipping carrier upon delivery.

*NEW* Shipping to Canada with Tracking
We are proud to announce we have changed our international shipping policies to Canada due to an overwhelming customer response expressing preference to pay duties, taxes and handling charges online at the time of purchase, as well as the ability to track orders. We can now act as broker/agent to customs and will charge a flat 25% international handling fee for all Canadian provinces. In doing so, customers will not be liable for any additional charges and we will work with customs directly. Additionally, we now offer the ability to track orders for our same low, flat rate of $12.95 (regardless of the order size) and packages can be expected to arrive in 5-10 business days.

Special Event Merchandise
Special event merchandise is available only after a special event, such as a championship game or a rivalry game. Ordering event merchandise delays shipment of your entire order. To receive the rest of your order quicker, order event merchandise separately. A message appears in red on the product detail page of each item explaining when that item will be shipped. If the item is available to be shipped separately, or split shipped, that will also be indicated in red on the product detail page and it will not hold up the rest of your order from shipping.

Manufacturer Direct Merchandise
Manufacturer direct items are shipped to the customer directly from the manufacturer and are not available to international customers. Expedited shipping is not available for these items. When you order in stock items with manufacturer direct items, you may receive separate shipments.

Partial Shipments
In some cases, orders with multiple items are shipped in multiple packages. These are called partial shipments. In this instance, items will ship from more than one shipping facility. You will receive notification when this occurs. If an expedited shipping choice is made, all items available for immediate shipment will process in that manner. All other items, such as special order items, will be sent via standard ground. Although multiple packages are being shipped, you will have only one shipping charge.
